1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer reliable shipping options through USPS and UPS via Shippo integration:
Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS): 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority/UPS 2nd Day Air): 2–3 business days
Overnight Shipping (UPS Next Day Air): 1 business day
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, order weight, and delivery method. Any available live rates from USPS and UPS will be displayed for you to choose from.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the USPS or UPS website or through your EZ Deal Depot account.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or missing, please contact us at [your support email]. We’ll work with Shippo, USPS, or UPS to locate your shipment.
